Bank of England Printworks:
Led counterfeit banknote detection innovation in security-cleared environment. Developed UK's first magnetic-based POS banknote detector achieving 100% detection rate.
2010s
Official McDonald's Supplier:
Secured UK-National supply agreement that lasted 12 years with McDonald’s Restaurants Ltd. Became sole-approved cash-handling and security products provider for the UK. Had similar arrangements with Greggs, Nandos, Alton Towers and other cash-heavy chains.

Amazon Seller Successes:
One of the original Amazon sellers from back in it’s hayday (2010+). Built a personal safety product from concept to UK/EU market leader. I also consulted & managed larger brand accounts & product launches in the US, each grossing 7/8 figures.

Post-Brexit, I built the regulatory and operational infrastructure that allows brands to navigate UK-EU-US trade complexity. From Authorised Representative services to safety data sheet frameworks to customs compliance - solving the problems aggregators wouldn't touch.
